Students and families travel to and from Lakeside 中学 in multiple ways, including Lakeside’s custom bus program, 走, 骑自行车, 拼车, and getting dropped off and picked up. The 中学 library and dining room open at 7:30 a.m. for students who arrive early, and breakfast is available for purchase.
Lakeside’s custom bus program is a partnership with University Prep and Evergreen schools. We contract with King County Metro to provide specially designed custom bus routes for our students. Families can register for semester or yearlong passes. Students in the custom bus program receive an unlimited use ORCA pass which can be used on the custom bus and anywhere else ORCA is accepted—including Metro, 良好的交通, or 社区 Transit—any day of the week. 参观 运输页面 to learn more and view routes.
After-school activities—including clubs, 足球波胆平台, 音乐课程, and tutoring—keep many 中学 students engaged on campus through the late afternoon. The library study hall is the hub of after-school student life; students are supervised there until pick-up or 6 p.m. Two evening activity buses—one Eastside and one Westside—depart Lakeside 中学 around 6 p.m.

Upper School students travel to and from school in multiple ways, including Lakeside’s custom bus program, 开车, 走, 骑自行车, 拼车, and getting dropped off and picked up. With activities and practices scheduled before and after classes, students may incorporate multiple types of transportation into their day. For students who arrive early or stay late, the Wright 社区 Center (WCC) is open from 7 a.m. 到下午6:15.m., with food available for purchase from 7 a.m. 到下午6点.m. Pigott Memorial Library and The Paul G. Allen 足球波胆平台 Center are also open early and close late.

Student parking on the 上学校 campus is on a first-come, first-served basis. Students who register their vehicles may park in lots next to Stimson field and The Paul G. Allen 足球波胆平台 Center; there is also a lot reserved for seniors. There are designated carpool spots in all student lots, and the south parking lot has stalls reserved for accessible parking.
